Recently I've had alot of stress, due to the everyday problems, such as, ....my bills...my boyfriend....my insecurity of having a succesfull life...ghosts from the past that caused a feeling of wrath, and highly unpleasant feelings of anger and frustration.....you might understand what I mean.
This stess had pushed me to my limits and made me feel so insecure and unhappy that I wanted to end my life.
Because I was afraid of really doing harm to myself, I realised that this stress was causing so much high tensed energy that I could not relax, and only thought about harming myself, in case of running away from these problems that I could not handle.
Stress can cause all sorts of pyshycal pains, and mental disorders.
So therefore it is very important that you learn how to relax.
One verry good way to learn how to relax and rid yourself from your everyday stress and strain, is to meditate.
But not everybody is open about this methode.
Meditation is often stated as something mythical or even spiritual. Some also say that meditation is used for black magic, and all sort of evil planningship.
This is all not true. It is the first step to full concentration and redeaming thyself.
Meditation is about clearing your mind, and relax. Mediation is also about concentration.
If everyday problems are haunting you, you cannot concentrate fully on you work.
This blog is dedicated to all sorts of magical influences.
You might even want to learn something about doing magic yourself. If you cannot concentrate on the magic that you are casting, you cannot expect it to work.

Before going to bed, do what you usually do, like strecthing if you please. Then lie down.
Close your and picture yourself a big trashcan.
Now take all of your problems, your life, your financial state, your relationship, everything that is causing you a headache, and crumble them up and trow them into the trashcan. You don't need them!
Take a lock and secure your problems in the trashcan, take a chain and weights as well, as your problems try to struggle out. They are NOT getting away and bother you at any time soon!
Then push the trashcan away from your mental screen so that you don't see it anymore.
.....well that is such a relief right!
